At 9 a.m. on June 3, 2017, TCX with three strategic outsourcing suppliers attended had the annual quality management training for the first time. First of all, quality department minister Ligang made the quality analysis for three suppliers, and then he pointed out the main causes of the unqualified, such as exterior unqualified, size out-of-tolerance appearance and behavior of tolerance error, heat treatment and surface treatment, the lack of machining process, etc.
In view of the above quality problems, general manager Mr. Yan put forward three Suggestions to improve the quality management: First, establishing quality standards. Second, enhancing the process quality control. In particular, suppliers should conduct self-inspection in strict accordance with quality requirements in the process of processing, as well as qualified inspection before delivery. Third, guaranteeing factory inspection qualified.
To the point of the supplier's product process quality and on-time delivery, we also discussed how to make efforts to improve the quality of raw materials in storage in the future at the meeting. Meanwhile, we also made process communication on the workshop site to achieve the same goal.
