The most beautiful season is summer, and the passion is like fire. In July 2017, 19 graduates from the class of 2017 joined TCX full of hopes and dreams. Although they came from different places, different schools and different majors, now they are officially entering the workforce, transforming themselves from students to professionals, from good to excellent.

Highly attached and carefully arranged

In order to let the graduates quickly understand the corporate culture and integrate into the corporate environment, the general manager of the personnel management department under the guidance of director Wang made careful planning and arrangement before the graduates started to work. The training lasted for two days, and the main matters included: centralized physical examination, company publicity video viewing, training on intern management measures, company management system training, leadership meeting and factory visit, etc., so that the graduates can quickly get familiar with the company's structure and operation system. All matters should abide by the rules and regulations of the company. 

Inculcation and Reminding

At this training meeting, chief executive Wang mainly explained the safety knowledge. He emphasized that safety of employees working in the workshop was undoubtedly the top priority of the enterprise, which was also the principle that every employee in the workshop should keep in mind. All must obey the workshop management system, carries on the practice and the operation, and cannot take any chances. The real cases of safety accidents fill graduates' hearts with the word safety.

Flying the dream, setting the sail

General manager Mr. Yan borrowed the poem "Xiongguan and long road are true as iron, now we step over from the beginning," which was from "Memory of Qine Hollow Mountain Barrier" to teach graduates in this training meeting. He also taught them to achieve their life value and achieve the company and individual value goals win-win through their own tenacious will, firm confidence, and solid work ability when they entered the workplace.
