2017 Graduate Symposium of August – Two- Month Follow-up Report

In order to understand the thoughts and working status of graduates and build a communication platform and promote the growth of graduates, the personnel management department of the company held the 2017 graduate symposium on August 24, 2017.

The main contents of the symposium were as follows:

Be careful and keeping from danger. Graduates should be on high alert for hazardous materials and routes while working in workshops, should be familiar with our working environment, strictly follow the workshop management system and safety protection system of our company. In addition, they ought to follow the arrangement of the master and carry out normative operation. Meanwhile, manufacturing minister, Lixia, also used safety accidents as examples to illustrate the importance of safety.

Finding problems and bringing forth new ideas. Zhutao, an intern, told us that he improved the placement of screws in the workshop, not by placing them in different sizes, but by marking them separately, and placing the same screws in a box, which greatly saved the time of installation. In the process of designing the drawings, Xudongfang, a graduate student, said he thought that mechanical designers only needed to draw the correct drawings, but nearly two months of internship experience told themselves that a good designer not only had consideration of the quality assurance, but also the material expenditure, achieving the optimization. As the saying goes on, problems can only be found through hands-on experience and we should have the ability to solve them and bring forth new ideas.

Setting an example and selecting excellent graduates. At the symposium, the department of personnel management selected three excellent new employees through comprehensive grading and selection, respectively: Baoyuqing, Lvxiaoliang and Wangzihao.

During the internship, they performed well and dared to take on responsibilities, and were rewarded with 500 yuan of bonus respectively. We hope these young and energetic graduates can integrate into the family of TCX more and more quickly, while improving themselves, and also continue to create the future for the company.
