April 26th, 9:10am, with shining brightly sunny day, the 4th high end manufacturing digital assembly technology BBS was held as scheduled after months of tight planning and organization. There are total of 165 new and old friends from 58 enterprises that divided into major powertrain industries including automobile, non-highway machinery and military industry. 

The main content of BBS is divided into nine parts: the chairman of our company TCX, Mr. Tao Faxun, discussed in detail "building zero-defect products with digital technology" and "solutions for oil leakage, noise and bearing damage system" in the morning and afternoon. Mr. Tao mainly introduced four processes of digital development and the basic method of digitizing zero defect powertrain is proposed. And analyses the reasons from the components quality, assembly quality and service conditions, and points out the solutions to solve the three major quality problems. In order to reflect the current advanced technology and development trend of digital assembly line, TCX  arranged Feng Shuxin, an expert from SMT company in the UK who has been cooperating with us, to share "the noise of gearbox and transmission system",  Tony, from ABD UK published "NVH test technology applied to powertrain", Zeng hehua , who is from TCX, delivered a keynote speech entitled "building high-end intelligent manufacturing digital factory with MES". They went on stage and participated to discuss the usage of key equipment of the current product market and key equipment of the assembly line in the end. The meeting ended in a warm and passionate atmosphere. All the participants visited the PTU, RDM, light rear axle assembly line and the transmission NVH test bed, the main gear nut tighten machine, the measuring shim selection machine and other key equipment made by TCX for customers under the effective organization of our company after the meeting.

After a tense day at the BBS conference, we heard the results of the forward-looking problem analysis and the application of new technologies, we also saw the active response and interaction of the participants, and felt the enterprising spirit of China's mechanical enterprises at same time. I believe that our machinery industry will catch up with the world-class enterprises with us continuous efforts in the near future, we TCX company will make unremitting efforts for the self-owned brand of cars to lay a solid foundation!
