1. Current Situation of Assembly

It is inevitable that traditional technology is eliminated by advanced technology with the rapid development of science and technology. The good quality of products in developed countries is due to the application of a large number of advanced technologies, including the use of modern assembly technology. True assembly must have three elements: assembly, control and inspection. Product quality control and inspection must have a unified quantitative standard of assembly quality evaluation. To realize this standard, digital assembly becomes inevitable. It also provides the most important basis for product development, improvement and assembly quality tracking at the same time.
Quantitative control of product quality is carried out by measuring parts and optimizing assembly. Each process is strictly controlled according to process requirements to ensure that nonconforming products do not flow into the following process. In the assembly process, the following process strictly checks the upper process work quality to form a closed loop control. Every factory product has the process parameters of assembling process, so as to ensure that the unqualified products are not shipped.
