By the end of this month, our company has completed the business contract signing of T1711 project and completed the successful breakthrough of the contract amount of 300 million Yuan, which set a new historical high. On the way to achieving a goal, we are in pain and happy.
The project "1711" means a lot to our project team. It is not so much our work and our goals this year, but a symbol of mission, a sense of responsibility, and a sense of team spirit.
In recent years, we focus on the field of heavy commercial vehicle transmission assembly areas. After several times cooperation with the well-known domestic passenger car manufacturers in light of traditional transmission assembly, our company in the field of heavy commercial vehicle transmission assembly made a breakthrough again this year that we signed a big contract, completed technical handing over and realized the cooperation in the military industry, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery and so on.
From the technical communication at the early stage of the project, program handing over, business negotiation to the successful birth of "T1711" project, all the project team members have worked hard and sweated hard in their professional. In terms of technical solutions, we communicated with customers repeatedly and carefully analyzed customer demands; In terms of operation management, we made systematic and reasonable planning; In business, we established a harmonious and win-win customer relationship. We believing in the spirit of mutual benefit and keep improving finally completed the signing of the business contract. Meanwhile, we felt pleased that TCX set a new high in corporate performance.
When I reviewed "1711", from the initial organization structure and business public relations to the successful acquisition of technical solution communication opportunities and to the technical exchanges and business negotiations over and over again, as a business manager, I felt so much pressure of doing the project. Whether the project could be launched and carried out successfully, I firmly believed that the efforts made in every link would work. With a high degree of confidence and determination to win, we overcame many obstacles and eventually came into being with "1711".
We should view the problems from the perspective of development and think about the crisis in times of peace. If we stand out from the fierce competition in the automotive powertrain assembly manufacturing industry, we need to have in-depth thinking: how to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with high-quality powertrain customers;
How to improve the quality of traditional products, build a standardized system and build a system data chain; How to respond to the needs of the time, explore the new energy market, keep up with the pace of The Times, sing the strongest voice of The Times, and so on, which need us to calm down and comprehend deeply. The successful negotiation of "1711 ", while giving incentives, also gave us a wake-up call. “The way ahead is so long without ending, yet high and low I'll search with my will unbending”. As long as we are down-to-earth and diligent, I think it is not beyond our expectation to establish a century-old enterprise and national enterprise.
